What: The University of East London is offering a free course called the Open Learning Initiative (OLIve) that gives refugees and asylum seekers the educational grounding to progress to a foundation course and ultimately a full bachelor degree. This is a joint initiative with the University of Vienna and the Central European University in Hungary. All three universities are running similar access courses and developing guidelines and best practices with guidance from the European Network Against Racism (ENAR).
